The Unsung Insurrection Progress Check In (Just Starting Up)

As you guys all know I am working on this film called The Unsung Insurrection. So far progress is just starting, as I said I was going to start filming before the end of January and it is going to be that way. I have kind of messed up the opening set up a bit because I was lining up an army. The opening scene is not going to be to fancy although it does have standout significance in the story the set is pretty simple, so all I really have to do is make some minor fixes which will take no more than maybe 30 minutes its that simple. The film will be about three or four parts, I will see how the first and second parts go along and see if I will need three or four parts. I know it sounds like I am being a bit indecisive here, but to quite honest it is for my sake. I have been planning this film ever since last May and I have mulled and mulled the story line up into the point it is enough to be a very complex story line. All the film business for this movie shall be done later in December of this year or the early Winter of 2013. To close things up I will leave this little sneak peek. Have good day or good night.

Sincerely
Tom

New video wave for AirsoftSpartanReviews

We have new videos for ASR coming up very soon. We really hope you take the time to see some of these reviews when they come out. We have a ton of new stuff to review; new guns and tactical gear. We have not been working on ASR for a very long time and now we finally have some good items to review so you guys can think about purchasing some of the same items. Hopefully SOPA and PIPA will not get passed as it would affect us and you guys as well. If these bills are passed we are not going to be able to make anymore videos. We hope you protest by calling or writing to your local representative or senator. While that may seem a bit to off topic it would greatly affect everybody.
Now to get back on track we do have new content coming out very soon and we are sure you will like it. Not just to our already loyal viewers but hopefully to our newcomers. We are currently in the process of filming these reviews, we will post another article when we are ready to let you guys know when they are out. For now have a good day from Bleedout Studios.

Sincerely
Tom

The New Outlook for Our Productions (The Unsung Insurrection and More)

We have decided to make a new productions name and we figured it would only be appropriate to do so as well better sounding. U.S . Marines Productions was a rather decent title but not very respectful to our armed forces here in America. I would like to express a big apology we have in anyway hurt any family's feelings over the past.
On a higher and better note this new name means some changes not necessarily big neither small. You will be seeing less updates and more stop motion in more spread out periods. We have got better at our stop motion, which means you will be seeing more quality work from us. "The Unsung Insurrection" and "The Juggernaut" are a couple of pieces we are working on that shall be exceptional in content as well as plot. What I will like filming "The Unsung Insurrection" is that you will see quality in the plot more so than in the VFX, which we find the typical brickfilming community overdoing things on the VFX. Trust me there will be nice VFX its just I will be taking more time out to make a quality stop motion plot, and it will be a very serious plot. I think the brickfilming community needs to focus more that stop motions are not just cartoons, but with this film I hope to be one of those people who cross that line and say that stop motions can be taken as serious pieces of art and plot. It will be challenging and fun to take this on. Many people get the idea that they do have to release a film right away or else they will there viewing audience. There is a benefit to my use by not having a super large number of subscribers; that I will be able to make this the reason of (hopefully) finding some success. It may sound that I am doing this all for you guys, but I am also doing it for my self so I can prepare for other nice films and stop motions I would like to make.

I would like to thank you for your time in reading this.

Sincerely

Tom

Where is the respect? Flickr vs Youtube in terms of respect (Editorial)

This, people is another editorial, so if do not like hearing me talk about the brickfilming community's faults you may proceed past this article. However if you can relate to me I prefer that you stick around. On to the real topic here, people do you have anything better to do than hate on others. To be quite honest its uncalled for, specifically the Flickr community is responsible. What happens on Flickr stays on Flickr. Users on there if they do not know you they will find a "bad" Moc of yours, try to hate on it, and then depreciate of its value. I have had this happen to me countless times before and there probably will be more times where it will happen. Its the rudeness people, what do you get from it? Youtube to me is a better place, where people actually give constructive criticism and tell me how I can do better, on Flickr when people don't know you they just troll. Sometimes the trolling can get a little out of hand and a little offensive or a lot out of hand and really offensive. Just depends on how you take all of it. Flickr is also a big name calling community, this word might ring a loud bell for all of you guys "fanboi". Okay lets see if I can break this down enough to where its more understandable. If you are a fanboy, this is what the signs are.
Bad Grammar
Always commenting that its the best
You say: oooo neds moar clunes
Maturity level is that of three year old
Under 13 years of age
Those are the signs of a fanboi. Oh, how I love this next one. People accusing you of being a "fanboi". They would accuse you of saying "good work". I mean apparently there is some Flickr code saying that I have to follow by saying this, this, and that. I am sorry but I am not following a code of law like that. Lastly I would like to say that Youtube does have its but sometimes its the users fault. People accuse this guy Legoboy12345678 of being a user of his fanbois, which I can see why since he does not get a whole lot of constructive criticism. Apparently he has never heard of flipping through comments to see what people say so he can better. I don't know if you have noticed, but it seems as if he is always needing work on his Mocs, it kind of shows in his Mocs whether he flips through the constructive criticism or not. What I am trying to get at here is that Flickr does have constructive criticism but you run the greater risk of getting flamed. As for Youtube you can get constructive criticism and run the lower risk of getting flamed. I personally like YT better, but you may like Flickr. I guess it just depends who keeps track of your work fanbois, people who help you improve, and the trollers. That is what really determines what you like.

Liberations of Mon Gazza MOC

Its been a little while since I have wrote here. Anyway I have built a new MOC, first time in a long time I have done one. I chose Mon Gazza since it is a manufacturing facility and yet a topic no one has seemed to touch. Mon Gazza was located in the Mid Rim, one of its neighboring bodies was Kessel. Kessel was the galaxies largest producer of spice, we might recognize this word from one episode of the first season of The Clone Wars. Mon Gazza was a temporary manufacturer it created trouble, spice was a form of collateral compensation. Pod races took place on the planet thereby leading to a booming spice economy. This MOC I got bored with, and all I did was pick a random system. I am rather glad to have picked it though it was a pretty interesting topic to visit by. Here is the MOC and thank you for your time.

We are 3/4 of the way to 100 (Reflection)

I have been on YT for more than two years. Its been tough for me, going through times where I think should I stay or should I not. Recent events have led me to staying, but I have to say I still think about leaving. I go on to other people's YT channels see how things are going. There is nothing wrong with just going on to someones channel, I check what time they joined and it is 2011. I have been on YT for more than two years and they have more success than me, I am proud of them but you have to wonder was it something legit that they did to get all that success so fast. They also have less videos, my point is some people work harder than others. You work for your success and that is what I live by. I am not jealous by any means of this person but my thing is, I have worked harder to get where I am at. Take comparison: A guy who has more than 60 uploads and 2 years experience on YT has less than 100 subscribers to a guy who has been on six months only 10 uploads and 400 subscribers. Think about it people, there is no way that can be legit.
For the other half of this article I will be talking about how things have been for the past two years for me. Where to begin, I must say. Well in 2009 I had created an account for Youtube, the later part for the year I stared making videos for my channel. I had no productions name, I just made really noobish videos for quite sometime. My friend legofan57, who temporarily likes to help with the site, decided to collaborate for ideas with me. When you were young like us the possibilities were endless. We continued on and we actually started to get support from people out there, because we had developed a greater sense into what content people would like. Once we had an Xbox live clan it was kind of a promotional thing for our productions. The name of it was U.S . Marines Clan. Me and my friend finally caught on making a name, U.S . Marines Productions. Things would continue on and soon we got rid of the clan but we kept the name. I soon started to meet these guys on brickfilming community sites, we became pretty good friends over a good chat. I am still friends with them today, and they have very much influenced the way we brickfilm. It was nothing like sitting at my desk with a cup of espresso and a chat. The reason I felt like sharing the friend part, is these guys are first people I know that I met on the community sites. The influences they had, shape somewhat what is today U.S . Marines Productions. As we continue on, I look forward to sharing our work more and more with you guys. A special thanks goes out to all of my friends for your support throughout our productions as well a shout out towards our fans. If it was not for that support U.S . Marines Productions would have been long gone by now. Right now I will share my FIRST EVER VIDEO THAT I EVER MADE. Obviously things have changed, our voices have changed, our feel to films has changed, and our approach to things. So expect this to be a bit noobish more like a whole lot of noobish but whatever.
